Mayte Marquez Querol leads EMEA Talent with a focus on Emerging Talent and the Apprentice Incubator, hiring, developing, and retaining a diverse talent pipeline for roles across Sales and CX functions, driving forward an Early in Tech Career industry-leading program. She is passionate for talent development, inclusion, and diversity and is proud to be an Executive Sponsor for Cisco WISE, a thriving inclusive community of technical women focused on creating a positive impact in the lives of women in STEM. Mayte has been in the Cisco Customer Experience organization since it was created. At that time, she led the Customer Success and Services in the South, accelerating adoption of Cisco solutions, managing profitable P&L growth, and collaborating with partners to deliver the best customer experience. She has run different services functions and also led Global Business Operations in the US, China, India, and Europe including exclusive leadership roles in the London 2012 Cisco Olympic program and Shanghai 2010 Expo.
